As the Top Chef event date approaches, we'll ask attendees to sign up for the cooking competition (optional) and to sign up for one of the pot luck food categories (salad, main or dessert) for Saturday night's pot luck dinner. RSVP as early as you can lock down the date on your busy calendars so we know how many teams we'll have and how many mouths to feed!
As usual - please add your boat details (including name, beam and lenth and type of tie preferred) if that information is not already showing on your membership page. If coming by car instead of boat, please indicate "by land" so we know you don't need a boat slip assignment. You can still compete in the Top Chef cooking competition if coming by land.
Bring a few bucks cash with you -- we'll be bringing ingredients you can buy from the "ship store" and each team will pay a nominal fee to cover the expense of getting their initial bag of incredients, including the secret ingredient.

Friday April 26, 6 pm happy hour with mixology contest (both with and without alcohol mixology contest). Dinner on your own.
Friday night after dinner - games in the dockside tent. Bring your favorite game or play one of ours.
Saturday April 27 at 2 pm - games in the dockside tent
Saturday at 3 pm - teams will be assigned, small fee charged per team to cover cost of ingredients, so bring some small bills ($1s and $5s).
Saturday at 3:30 pm - cooking contestants, come get your mystery bag of ingredients and prepare to begin the competition.
Saturday 4 - 5 pm - Appetizer Top Chef Competition (competitors will sign up ahead of time so we know how many teams).
Saturday 5 - 6 pm - Judging and sharing appetizers
Saturday at 6 pm - pot luck dinner (salad, main or dessert sign ups ahead of time). Followed by more games.
